Producer Jon Landau renews hopes for an Alita Sequel!
At the ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’ World Premiere in London (6th December), Producer Jon Landau, when asked
by Deadline about what other movies they had coming up aside from Avatar, stated:
Well, there’s a little film called Alita:
Battle Angel that we’d love to circle back and do a sequel to. We’ve been talking to Robert [Rodriguez]
about that and hopefully that comes to fruition.
With James Cameron’s ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’ about to make waves at the box office and knowing that the Alita filmmakers are still passionate about getting the Alita sequel off the ground it is great news for Alita fans who are still waiting eagerly for her return!
